What is an insert?
An insert is a card that is issued randomly in packs of other base cards. It is usually part of a smaller set outside the base set.

What is a parallel?
A parallel is a card issued randomly in regular base set packs. They are part of sets that carry the same numbers, but they have slight variations to the card. (Example: Topps Gold)

What is a rookie card?
Rookie (or RC) is a term used for a player in his first year as a professional. Rookie cards are the cards printed in that player's first year. There have been questions all around about whether or not some cards are actually rookies or not. In the past few years, card companies have been strict about putting the RC logo onto cards.

What is a Game-Used card?
Game-Used is a loose term used for cards that have a piece of memorabilia in them. Some refer to these as Memorabilia cards, others refer to them as Game-Used or GU. These cards contain a wide range of items including pieces of jerseys, bats, balls, bases, goalposts, etc. The game-used part refers to the item being used in an actual game, though not all items were actually used.

What's the best way to find a single card on the site?
Choose the appropriate sport heading, and then there are a few options. Advanced search lets you filter by a wide range of different possibilities including team, player, rookies, inserts, number, brand, year etc. Search by player and team will allow you to browse players or teams to filter by. Browse by product allows you to start by selecting a year or brand, and then it narrows down your selection to a particular brand by making a couple more selections. If all else fails, feel free to email support and ask them about a specific card.

Where do you get the prices of the cards on the site?
Millercards uses multiple resources and price guides. We generally try to keep our cards priced below book value. Think a card is priced too high or too low? Let us know and we'll look into it.

Can I trade cards with other people on this site? Is there a message board?
Not quite yet. We do realize that having your own collection online and being able to trade with others is important to many, but we also want to do it right. Our Phase 1 launch contains no options for trading and no message board, but it is in our future plans to add both of these functions to the site. Follow along with the site news for more information on upcoming site changes.

When will I receive my card?
Please allow 4-6 days for delivery. We try to ship three times a week, so most cards should go out within 48 hours of receiving an order.

I've lost my shopping cart items, how can I retrieve them?
The best way to keep track of a shopping cart is to register with Miller Cards and sign in. Shopping carts stay with users even after they log out. If you had a shopping cart and want to reload it, you can email support and we'll do our best to track it down. Please provide any information you can with the message. If you want to check the status of an order by an unregistered member, look it up here.

How is the quality/ what is the condition of a certain card?
Most cards are in near-mint or mint condition. Some older cards have some wear, and the prices reflect that. All cards newer than 1995 are in great condition. If we find a card that has slipped through and is not in great condition, we'll notify the buyer and compensate or refund.

Where can I find my recent purchases/transactions?
Registered members can go to their user transaction page. Non registered guests can look up their transactions here.
